And there is something else that differentiates Dreistern from others: every Dreistern roll forming tool is tested and ready for production on delivery. For this purpose Dreistern has ten in-house trials machines. The advantage for Dreistern customers: they can already start to produce while others are still experimenting.

In over 60 years Dreistern has supplied more than 7,000 complete tool sets for open or welded profiles. All Dreistern customers have above-average success on working with Dreistern roll forming machines and tools.

Dreistern offers even more advantages with its roll forming tools:

• Dreistern checks and optimises the tool design for particularly difficult profiles using an FEM computer simulation. This simulation saves trials costs and
  minimises possible risks.
• The roller material, the hardening and coating process are adapted to the related roll forming task. The result is optimal roll forming results and service lives for the rollers.
• After checking the technical details, Dreistern may even offer roll forming tools from other manufacturers.
• Due to the process optimisation in roller production, in many cases Dreistern is able to deliver tools in excellent quality and precision within only 4 weeks.
• For initial sample production or tests, Dreistern can deliver at short notice prototypes that have already been manufactured on tools very close to those for series production.
