Quality

We know the expectations of our
customers and supply excellent machines.

To develop, in accordance with customer requirements, in the shortest possible time, new innovative products to series production maturity to ensure success on a global market requires excellence in all processes for the supplier of high quality roll forming systems.

For DREISTERN, quality signifies compliance with requirements and keeping promises.

Quality is a team task, Dreistern staff, partners and suppliers address exactly this aspect; our process-orientated quality management system also supports us during this task.

Based on the advance quality planning process, the individual project phases are monitored via quality milestones and check lists that enable Dreistern staff to identify risks at an early stage and to avoid them.

The focus is always on our customers during this process and they are always well-informed.

Robust and reproducible processes

The objective is stable, reproducible, robust manufacturing processes; for this purpose we determine the machine’s capability CmK using the key characteristics agreed with the customer. This aspect forms a crucial quality criterion for our roll forming systems.

During the trials on the machines in-house, pre-series production parts are produced and evaluated. For the statistical evaluation and sampling we use recognised measuring equipment and evaluation software.

With this software we offer our customers clear, concise and traceable evidence of the quality status of the system.
