Privacy policy

The protection of your data is our concern

We welcome your interest in our organisation and our products or services and would like you to feel secure during your visit to our web site, also in relation to the protection of your personal data. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Compliance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a matter of course for us.
We want you to know when and which data we collect and how we use the data. We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that the regulations on data protection are met both by us and also by external service providers.

Personal data

Personal data are information related to your identity. This data includes, e.g. information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. For the usage of our web site it is not necessary to divulge any personal data. However, in certain cases we will need your name and your address as well as other information so that we can provide you the required services.
The same applies to sending information material and goods ordered, or to answering specific questions. Where the provision of data is necessary, we will specifically make you aware of this situation. In addition, we only save and process data that you provide to us voluntarily.
As far as you make use of our services, as a rule only those data we need to provide the services are acquired. If we ask you for further data, the provision of the information is voluntary. Personal data are only processed for providing the requested service and to protect justified business interests.

Purpose of personal data

In general, we use the personal data you provide to answer your enquiries, to process your orders or to give you access to specific information or offers. For the maintenance of customer relationships, it can also be necessary for us or a service provider commissioned by us to use these personal data to inform you about product offers that are useful for your business activity, or to carry out online surveys to better address the needs and requirements of our customers.
Of course, we will respect your wish if you do not want to provide us your personal data for the purpose of supporting our customer relationship (in particular for direct marketing or for market research purposes). We will not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties.

Specific usage

We will only collect, process and use the personal data you provide online for the purposes identified to you. Your personal data will not be provided to third parties without your agreement.
The collection of personal data as well as their provision to appropriately authorized official institutions and authorities are only undertaken in the context of the applicable laws or if we are obliged to do so by a court decision. Our employees and the service providers we commission have the obligation to discretion and to comply with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data that are not of a personal nature and that are collected automatically

On the usage of our web site, the following data are saved for organizational and technical reasons: the names of the pages viewed, the browser used and the operating system, date and time of the access, search engines used, names of files downloaded and your IP address.
We evaluate these technical data anonymously and only for statistical purposes to continuously further optimize our Internet presence and to be able to make our web site even more attractive. These anonymous data are saved separately from personal data on secure systems and do not provide any information on an individual person. Your personal data and your privacy are therefore protected at all times.

Children

Persons under the age of 16 should not submit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or guardians. We do not solicit personal information from children and adolescents, do not collect them and do not share them with third parties.

Links

If you use external links that are provided on our web site, this privacy statement does not apply to these links. When we provide links, we make every effort to ensure that they also comply with our privacy and security standards. However, we have no influence on the compliance of other providers with data protection and security regulations. For this reason please refer to the data privacy statements provided by the other providers on the related web sites.

These data are used exclusively for the application process. For this purpose, these data are passed on internally to the responsible department managers. The data is always deleted 6 months after completing the application process. If the application is followed by the conclusion of a contract, the data will be included in the personal file.

Google cookies

As part of the use of Google Analytics different cookies are used. These can change over time. Therefore, we describe the use of Google Analytics summarized here.

This website uses Google Analytics, from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA)

Google Analytics allows data, sessions and interactions to be assigned to a pseudonymous user ID across multiple devices. This allows analyzing user activities across devices.

With the help of these cookies, which are text files, stored on your computer, an analysis of the use of this website is made. We use the function "IP anonymization". Therefore, the data will be processed in a state of the EU or another state party to the agreement within the EEA. In exceptional cases, it may be that the full IP address is transmitted to a server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address provided by Google Analytics within the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data provided by Google. On our behalf, Google evaluates the submitted data and provides us with reports on website activity and usage. In addition, Google provides additional services related to website activity and internet usage. This is also the purpose of our legitimate interest in processing the data. The legal basis here is Section 15 (3) TMG or Article 6 (1) lit. F GDPR. The data collected in this way by the cookies are automatically deleted once a month after 14 months.

You can configure the management of cookies by setting the browser software.

You can use the opt-out cookie (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) to prevent Google from processing the data. To do this you need to download and install the browser add-on. If you want to do this across multiple devices, you need to install this add-on on all devices.

Social Media

Youtube
Our pages contain plugins from Youtube, belonging to Google Inc., based in San Bruno / California, USA. The Youtube button can be recognized by the lettering of the same name. When you visit a page of our website, which contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Youtube. In the process, the Youtube server is informed of which special page our internet presence was visited by you. If you are logged in to Youtube while visiting our website with your personal user account, Youtube allows you to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal account. If you want to prevent such data transmission, please log out before visiting our website on Youtube.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Pinterest as well as your related rights and settings options for the protection of your privacy, please refer to the privacy policy of Youtube at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=de
