From 8 to 10 May 2019, the 22nd edition of the annual conference of the European Scientific Society for Forming Technology (ESAFORM) took place in Vitoria Gasteiz, Spain.
For the first time represented on this event was the company DREISTERN. Tilman Traub, Head of Innovation at DREISTERN since beginning of this year, explained in a presentation entitled "Perspectives of Sensor Integration and Automated Decision Making in Roll Forming" current scientific results, derived from the everyday requirements of the industry and placed them in the context of the current technology development at DREISTERN.
"Through the intensive exchange with many other conference participants, we see ourselves confirmed in the path we have taken to systematically develop roll forming 4.0 and will continue to consistently pursue our pioneering role," says Tilman Traub.
