Dreistern’s customer service is available during business hours and through our service-hot-line for 15 hours each day, - all year round. Your inquiries will be answered quickly and reliably.

Monday to Friday between the hours of 6 AM and 9 PM, as well as Saturdays between 8 AM and noon, a direct contact will answer your call. Outside this time please leave a message on our VoiceBox. We will return your call shortly.
