Usually not as much in focus as mechanical maintenance or the mechanical components of a roll forming system is the system control with its electronic control components, which acts as the "brain".

This is, of course, just as important for the production reliability of your system and can be subject to similar wear and failure. In addition, electronic control components are subject to much faster technical progress these days, which leads to discontinuations on the manufacturer's side and therefore limited availability.

Overhauls: Scaffolding and gearbox overhauls

Anything that runs and runs for a long time, often in multi-shift operation, needs to be replaced after a certain time. By overhauling your machine or particularly stressed assemblies, you will regain the original precision and extend the service life of your roll forming system at low cost. In the course of an overhaul, we restore the gearboxes and frames, as well as many other components, to their original reliability and give them a new longevity in terms of sustainability - from old to new!

Roll set overhauls

Only an excellent roll forming tool produces an excellent profile. With a roller set overhaul, you can ensure that it stays that way. After dismantling and cleaning, we will make a recommendation and provide a cost estimate for the repair: Turn old into new! You receive a precision mould that has been tried and tested by us and ensure the sustainable reuse of mould parts

Machine safety, CE label

The CE label is not just a legal necessity. It also shows that DREISTERN machines are of a high-quality and “Made in Europe”. Our complete plants meet the quality and safety standards and have been awarded the CE label in accordance with the EU Machine Directive 2006/42/EC I. Incomplete plants have a CE-compliant Declaration of Incorporation. We are happy to advise you on how you can apply for the correct CE label.

For every machine conversion, we carefully check how the conversion affects the safety regulations and provide support in regaining CE conformity. For the systems and conversions for our customers from the USA, we ensure the use of UL-certified components and provide support in fulfilling the UL conditions for overall acceptance.
